It's May

A week into May already! Time is flying by! The baby is due in 3 weeks. Holy cow! We have the bridge care plan for the baby all worked out. Baby will be there about 2 weeks--give or take a little. We will have to drive about 4 hours, but that's ok. We do get to take up our preference of bottles, pacifiers, and swaddle blankets. This is so nice so we can make sure he has a smooth transition home.

"A" continues to do well. She is still walking 3 miles a day. Her attitude is awesome--not a complaint from her mouth. We truly adore her! Baby boy had a non-stress test today, and passed with flying colors. So he's doing great and kicking up a storm. No sign that he's ready to escape yet, but we're ready to go when he does!

Here are a couple of pictures from Kara's baby shower last weekend. It was a lovely time, and Kara is zooming right ahead toward her due date at the end of June.




I must say, our clothesline gift of layette items was a hit!
